eCommerce Website
Shopify Store
With an existing Shopify store, the client asked me to manage their eCommerce website to implement the front-end design into a liquid theme, build a custom page template, install/setup and maintain apps needed to extend store functionalities. I manage to help increase the sales by setting up a cross-selling/ upselling products and a subcription based product. And also create video recording tutorials needed to help the team manage the store.

Having a problem with their previous developer, I help the company manage everything in their website from frontend implementation, custom page building, maintaining plugin & theme updates and resolving platform-related issues. Most of what I do is developing and improving WordPress website, building online program membership pages, sales and landing pages, setting up forms and email automation.

Years of Grit
2018 – Present
I work as a tech admin and developer and my responsibility is to focus on all things tech & admin related tasks. I build custom pages & themes for WordPress, Shopify, Katra, & Clickfunnels platforms; I also handle domain & hosting management and resolve platform related issues making sure it is 100% healthy and up to date.
2013 – Offered a job in a publishing company as book cover designer and later on became a web design team lead.
Started in 2008 – I learned photoshop, HTML and CSS and landed my first job in a B2B company where WordPress was introduced. While the platform is gaining popularity, I had the opportunity to learn and began coding psd to html to WordPress themes.
2016 – I’ve had the privilege working abroad as an in-house designer and IT admin in a trading company. I studied their difficulties and provided solutions to their problem by designing marketing materials, improved the company website and built a company intranet and a project management system.
2013 – Offered a job in a publishing company as book cover designer and creating websites for authors.
2010 – I decided to work as a freelance web & graphic designer while having a T-shirt printing business.
